Iran has confirmed that a formal MoU, the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, was signed in France today. Esmaeil Baghaei, a spokesperson from the Iranian Foreign Affairs ministry welcomed today's gesture but also stated that 'it is now time to test the implementation'.
