India, Sept. 10 -- Brent crude oil prices moved above $100 a barrel on Wednesday, marking the first time since July that the international benchmark settled in triple-digit territory. The latest jump came as the conflict between the US and Iran intensified, raising fresh concerns about disruptions to oil supplies. Brent crude settled at $101.21 a barrel, while US benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI) ended at $96.05 a barrel. The rise followed attacks involving oil infrastructure and vessels in the Middle East, adding to uncertainty around energy shipments.
