India, Sept. 3 -- The conflict in the Middle East continued to fuel fresh violence and regional tensions on Wednesday, September 2, with deadly developments reported in the occupied West Bank and the Strait of Hormuz.

Two 19-year-old Palestinian teenagers were killed in the village of Al-Mughayyir, north of Ramallah, according to Palestinian reports. The deaths came amid an attack involving Israeli settlers and troops.

Meanwhile, tensions at sea also escalated after two Filipino sailors were killed in an incident involving a Saudi oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz. Saudi Arabia blamed Iran for the attack, while the United Arab Emirates strongly condemned what it described as a hostile Iranian attack.
