India, July 30 -- The National Basketball Association(NBA) is cancelling this year's preseason exhibitions scheduled to take place in the Middle East because of increasing friction and growing tensions between the U.S. and Iran, along with Israeli conflict with Iran, as reported by ESPN. NBA was not making official announcements concerning upcoming fixtures at this point, but internally, a lot has been happening with logistical considerations and overall security analysis before the decision to pull out completely was made. The NBA won't be making a preseason stop in the Gulf region for the first time in 5 years.
