India, Nov. 8 -- Africa is a continent with immense wealth in both natural resources as well as human potential. Whether it be Dr Ben Carson in the US or Nelson Mandela in South Africa, they reveal the wealth of human talent that people of African descent possess. And yet the continent is overall an underperformer.

Whether it be in state of the art technology or modern discoveries such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the continent has till now relied on foreign technology to meet its needs, even in South Africa.
