India, Oct. 8 -- The Met Office has predicted a changeable spell of autumn weather across the UK, with rain, blustery conditions, strong winds and occasional colder spells expected over the coming days. The unsettled conditions are likely to be most noticeable across Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and northern and western parts of England, while southern and eastern areas should generally have more opportunities for drier weather. Despite the colder interludes, temperatures are expected to remain close to or slightly above average for much of the period.
