India, July 1 -- UEFA Fines Chelsea, Juventus, Aston Villa: The governing body of European soccer said on Tuesday that 14 teams, including Juventus, Newcastle United, Aston Villa, and Chelsea, have been sanctioned by UEFA for violating its financial sustainability regulations for the 2025-2026 season.

According to UEFA, the First Chamber of its Club Financial Control Body has finished evaluating clubs participating in 2025-2026 European championships and has imposed penalties for violations of its financial reporting requirements, squad cost regulation, and football profits rule.
