India, Oct. 24 -- The much-anticipated theatrical debut of the new romantic-comedy spy drama was receiving a reasonably good start in single theatres and multiplexes around the country. The Indian box office on its first day earned a net of Rs.4.1 crore (Rs.41 million) or a gross of about Rs.4.83 crore (Rs.48.3 million). The numbers show that it was a tease of a commercial debut and not a game-changer, though the evening and night audiences saw a gradual increase in ticket sales, which were largely attributable to urbanites and family visitors to cinema halls.
