US-origin counterdrone technology is entering India's defence manufacturing chain at a time when the Indian military is seeking new systems capable of physically intercepting hostile drones, with US-based Powerus giving Paras Defence & Space Technologies exclusive rights to manufacture and commercialise its Guardian interceptor products in India.
