India, Sept. 11 -- The Trump administration has announced plans to send $500 Obamacare rebate payments to nearly 1 million Americans covered by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans. Refunds are expected to begin in October 2026 and will be available to eligible consumers in 30 states who bought coverage through the federal marketplace and didn't receive premium subsidies.
