India, Aug. 20 -- Radio 2 DJ Trevor Nelson has revealed that he was diagnosed with a brain tumour after taking an unexpected break from his radio commitments. The veteran broadcaster, who had previously told fans he needed time off following further tests after a routine check-up, has now opened up about his health battle and surgery.
