India, July 28 -- India's Tejaswin Shankar endured a disappointing outing in the men's high jump final at the Commonwealth Games 2026, withdrawing from the competition after failing to clear the opening height of 2.05m. The Indian all-rounder appeared to be in discomfort following his first attempt and decided against continuing, ending his campaign much earlier than expected.
