India, May 4 -- Bharatiya Janata Party's Hare Krishna Bera is leading from the Tamluk constituency. Bera is ahead with a significant margin after 10 rounds of counting, indicating that he is likely to seal the constituency.
Apart from BJP's Bera and TMC's Dipendra Narayan Roy, ten other candidates are contesting in this constituency.
In the previous election held in 2021, the All India Trinamool Congress party's Saumen Kumar Mahapatra won by a margin of 793 votes. The Bharatiya Janata Party's Hare Krishna Bera was the runner-up, securing 107,450 votes.
