India, Aug. 14 -- Customers across several major US cities are reporting problems with their mobile service, including failed calls, missing signals and mobile data disruptions. Reports are coming from Chicago, Charlotte, NYC, Philadelphia, Houston, LA, Kansas City, Detroit & Dallas as customers struggle to stay connected.

The latest reports follow a major T-Mobile outage on July 27, when Downdetector recorded more than 62,000 outage incidents at the peak, and customers across the country reported problems with voice, text and data services. T-Mobile later said it had fully restored service.
