India, Oct. 10 -- Strictly Come Dancing returns to the ballroom on Saturday, October 10, with the 14 remaining couples preparing to perform in the third live show of the 2026 series. With the competition heating up, the celebrities and their professional partners will be hoping to impress judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood, as well as viewers voting at home.

Last weekend's Movie Week ended with Chris Appleton and professional dancer Amy Dowden becoming the first pair to leave this year's competition. All four judges chose to save Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu during the dance off, sending Chris and Amy home.
