India, Aug. 4 -- Spectrum is experiencing a major widespread service outage, with over 14,000 complaints on Downdetector hitting users across California, New York, Ohio, and other states. The disruption began on Monday evening, August 3, 2026, knocking out the Spectrum TV app, mobile app, and website. The disruption started late Monday night and has continued into Tuesday. While internet and home cable lines are working for many, streaming and account access are severely affected.
