India, Sept. 18 -- Lee Jae-Myung, the incumbent President of South Korea has stated that he has 'absolutely no intention of seeking reelection'. His announcement comes as approval ratings for the current administration continue to fall and the North Korea conflict persists. But despite that, he is in favour of a constitutional reform that would remove the current one term presidential limit.
