India, Aug. 7 -- After Jasprit Bumrah's injury, Team India suffered another major blow ahead of their two-match Test series in Sri Lanka. Before the visitors' warm-up match against Sri Lanka Cricket XI in Colombo, Shubman Gill sustained a last-minute finger injury during training. The Indian captain was unable to take the field on Day 1 of their tour match, with KL Rahul taking over the leadership duties.
