India, Oct. 20 -- Defenseman Tyler Myers recorded a goal and an assist and the Vancouver Canucks hung on for a 4-3 win over the host Washington Capitals on Sunday. Elias Pettersson, Kiefer Sherwood and Teddy Blueger also scored for the Canucks. Conor Garland added a pair of assists and Thatcher Demko made 29 saves. Ryan Leonard and defensemen Jakob Chychrun and John Carlson got the goals for the Capitals, who had their four-game winning streak snapped. Tom Wilson and Dylan Strome each had two assists and Charlie Lindgren stopped 20 shots. Carlson's goal made the deficit one with 2:14 left.
