India, Aug. 11 -- The federal trial of Shamell Naquan Joyner took a bizarre and dramatic turn when jurors deliberating the multi-count case uncovered unexpected items hidden inside clothing submitted as physical evidence.

During their second day of review in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, members of the jury discovered a crumpled Chinese yuan note and a white powdery substance tucked inside the pockets of a jacket and sweatshirt recovered from a carjacked vehicle, according to reports.
