India, Aug. 31 -- Scottie Scheffler has officially become the PGA Tour's all-time career money leader, overtaking Tiger Woods' long-standing record. Scheffler's victory at the 2026 Tour Championship at East Lake pushed his career earnings to $130,390,661, moving him comfortably beyond Woods' previous mark of $120,999,166.
Woods first claimed the PGA Tour's earnings record in February 2000 after finishing tied for second at Torrey Pines, collecting a $264,000 paycheck. At the time, the milestone barely attracted attention, but more than two decades later, Scheffler has rewritten the record with another major chapter in his already remarkable career.
