India, June 11 -- Salman Khan has received a favourable observation from the Bombay High Court in his ongoing defamation dispute with his Panvel farmhouse neighbour, Ketan Kakkad. During a hearing on Thursday, the court remarked that access to social media does not give anyone the right to post defamatory content against anyone, including celebrities.

What Exactly Happened?

It all started when Kakkad, who owns a property next to Khan's farmhouse in Panvel, claimed that the actor violated environmental norms during the construction of his private stay. He further alleged that the superstar blocked access to his property and no action was taken despite his approaching the authorities.
