India, Aug. 27 -- Russia is reportedly turning to India for petrol supplies after repeated Ukrainian drone attacks disrupted several of its oil refineries. Ship-tracking data indicates that more than 1 million barrels of fuel were shipped from India to Russia in June and July. The reported imports are particularly notable because Russia is one of the world's biggest crude oil producers and refined-fuel exporters.
