India, Aug. 25 -- A Ukrainian drone attack sparked a fire at the Afipsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region, according to regional authorities. The overnight strikes also caused casualties and property damage in nearby areas. Krasnodar Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said falling drone debris struck the Afipskaya railway station in Afipsky, killing two people and injuring two others.

The attack damaged at least 10 private houses in Afipsky, local officials said. One of the damaged homes caught fire, while another blaze was reported at the oil refinery.
