India, Aug. 12 -- Russia-Ukraine War Latest News: Russia could seek to exploit Ukraine's air-defence shortages during the coming winter to intensify missile attacks and weaken Kyiv's ability to continue fighting, according to an assessment by the Washington-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
