India, Sept. 10 -- Former Russian President and senior Kremlin official Dmitry Medvedev has issued a fresh warning over Russia's nuclear weapons, saying their potential use should not be dismissed as a bluff. He also claimed that the Ukraine conflict could escalate into World War Three if Moscow fails to secure an outcome it considers favourable.
Medvedev, who is deputy chairman of Russia's Security Council and leads the ruling United Russia party, made the remarks in an interview with Russian newspaper Vedomosti.
