India, Sept. 29 -- Jack Reacher is not going anywhere. Prime Video has officially renewed Reacher for Season 6, even though Season 5 is still in production. The news comes just 12 days after the Season 4 finale aired, extending one of Amazon's biggest action franchises for another chapter. Alan Ritchson will return as the titular former military investigator, although Prime Video has not yet revealed a release date, story or full cast for Season 6.

Meanwhile, Season 5 is already being filmed in Toronto and will adapt Lee Child's Make Me, the 20th novel in the Jack Reacher series. So, when will Reacher Season 5 be released? When could Season 6 arrive? And what books will the two seasons adapt?
