The latest decision takes Australia's benchmark interest rate to its highest level in around 15 years as the central bank continues to tackle persistent inflation.
RBA Raises Cash Rate to 4.60%
The RBA increased the cash rate target from 4.35% to 4.60% on September 29. The 25-basis-point increase was unanimously approved by the central bank's Monetary Policy Board.
