India, March 29 -- Hyderabad Kingsmen head coach Jason Gillespie has given an update on when Glenn Maxwell is expected to join the squad for Pakistan Super League 2026. The tournament kicked off on March 26, but the Australian all-rounder will not be part of the team right away.

Hyderabad Kingsmen are already under pressure after a tough start. They suffered a heavy 69-run loss to Lahore Qalandars in their opening match. Chasing 200, the Marnus Labuschagne-led side struggled and were bowled out for just 130 at Gaddafi Stadium.
