India, May 13 -- A two-seater training aircraft operated by Redbird Aviation crash-landed in a sugarcane field near Baramati Airport in Pune district on the morning of Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Initial findings indicate that the aircraft experienced a technical snag at low altitude, hitting a light pole before hitting the ground. However, there were no serious injuries or deaths, and the lone trainee pilot escaped safely.
