India, April 6 -- Steven Smith led the charge with his maiden PSL fifty as Multan Sultans cruised to a six-wicket win over Quetta Gladiators at Gaddafi Stadium.
Chasing 167, Multan made their intentions clear early. Smith and Sahibzada Farhan tore into the attack, racing to 63 runs in just four overs and bringing up their fifty stand in only 3.2 overs. The Sultans finished the powerplay at 83/1, matching their best six-over total this season, effectively putting the game beyond Quetta's reach.
