India, May 15 -- Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to step back into high-stakes storytelling, this time with a war film rooted in real military history. According to reports from US entertainment outlet Deadline, the couple's next project for Netflix will adapt the acclaimed Afghanistan memoir No Way Out: The Searing True Story of Men Under Siege, written by Major Adam Jowett.

According to the report of the Independent, the film is expected to focus on "Easy Company," a unit comprising Paras and Royal Irish Rangers, who fought intense Taliban attacks while defending a district in Helmand Province in July 2006. The story is described as a gritty, ground-level account of survival, leadership, and endurance under fire.
