India, Aug. 4 -- Taylor Swift has earned praise from one of music's biggest legends. Phil Collins recently opened up about the first time he saw the pop superstar perform, revealing that her simple yet powerful rendition of "White Horse" left a lasting impression on him.

During an appearance on BBC Radio 2's Tracks of My Years with Vernon Kay, Collins, 75, recalled watching Swift perform the 2008 song at the Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony in 2010. At the time, Swift had not yet reached the global level of fame she enjoys today.
