India, Sept. 20 -- Pakistan is working on a new generation of longrange loitering munitions, as documents accessed by The Sunday Guardian show. The Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) is building an industrial base capable of manufacturing and testing multiple classes of military drones. The Punjab-based HIT is a state-owned defence contractor working under Pakistan's Ministry of Defence Production. HIT has presented the D-248 with a claimed range of 2,200-3,000 km and the S-369 with a claimed range of 1,500-2,000 km.
