India, Sept. 22 -- Pakistan Women enter the bronze-medal match after suffering an eight-wicket defeat against Sri Lanka in the first semi-final. Pakistan posted 177/4 after Ayesha Zafar and Shawaal Zulfiqar put together a record 115-run partnership, but Sri Lanka chased down the target with 13 balls to spare, led by an unbeaten 83 from Chamari Athapaththu.

Bangladesh Women, meanwhile, missed out on the gold-medal match after losing to India by 114 runs in the second semi-final. Chasing India's 195/5, Bangladesh were bowled out for 81 in 15.4 overs, with Dilara Akter's 27 the team's highest score.
