India, June 9 -- The brutal reality TV format is back with its much-anticipated third season. Outlast: The Jungle. Kinda steering away from that icy Alaskan wilderness we saw in the earlier seasons, the show now moves over to a totally different kind of fight zone, a remote tropical island deep in the Panamanian jungle.

This go-round, sixteen contestants are sent into rough, steamy conditions where survival feels even more uncertain. The surroundings are merciless, and everyone has to keep adjusting, like alliances start up and then unravel, in a game where cooperation is supposed to matter, but betrayal is never really far off.
