India, July 16 -- OnePlus, the smartphone brand that built its reputation by offering flagship-level performance at competitive prices, is reportedly preparing for a major global restructuring.

According to multiple reports, parent company Oppo is planning to reorganise its international smartphone business, with OnePlus expected to wind down its independent operations in the US and Europe.

Some reports have also suggested that the brand could eventually reduce its presence in other markets, including India. However, OnePlus has denied speculation about an India exit, saying its business in the country continues to operate 'as usual'.
