India, Sept. 17 -- Odisha has again prepared itself for an episode of erratic weather patterns as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) monitors a weather pattern that is developing in the Andaman Sea.
According to forecasts, the weather pattern will develop into a low-pressure area by September 19 as a result of the movement of the cyclonic circulation that is present in northern Thailand into the North Andaman Sea. This has raised concerns over the possibility of a cyclone landing on the Odisha coast but the IMD has not issued a warning regarding a cyclone in Odisha.
