India, Aug. 30 -- Nikki Tamboli and Arbaz Patel have sparked fresh breakup rumours after the couple appeared to exchange cryptic posts about cheating and infidelity. The speculation gained further momentum after the two reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Arbaz took to social media with a post about infidelity, writing, "Cheating on your partner, then coming home to them and looking them in their eyes, telling them you love them is a whole different level of disrespect. I said what I said."
