India, April 20 -- A court in Nashik has declined to grant interim protection to Nida Khan in the ongoing TCS-linked case, dealing a setback to her legal team as her anticipatory bail plea remains under consideration.
The court refused to issue temporary relief and instead scheduled the next stage of proceedings for April 27. The development came after the complainant's legal team requested additional time to file a written reply, which the court accepted.
