India, Sept. 4 -- Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios has officially served his time and is clear to return to competition after accepting a one-month suspension for a positive anti-doping test.

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) confirmed that Kyrgios tested positive for benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine, from a sample provided during the ATP 250 event in Mallorca in June. Having been provisionally suspended since August 4, his one-month sanction has concluded, making him immediately eligible to return to the sport, according to the Canberra Times.
