India, July 28 -- Former NHL star Ron Duguay has been hospitalized after he was found unconscious at his home last Friday, according to his daughter Shay Thomas. The 69-year-old New York Rangers icon was rushed to a nearby hospital after the medical emergency, with doctors later revealing that he had been suffering from severe dehydration along with several other health complications.

Thomas shared that medical checks uncovered varices, portal hypertensive gastropathy, internal bleeding, and an ulcer during his treatment.
