India, June 9 -- The NBA Finals are far from over. After dropping the first two games and falling behind 2-0 in the series, the San Antonio Spurs stormed back with a statement win in Game 3, refusing to let the New York Knicks move within touching distance of the championship.

Much like the opening two contests, San Antonio jumped out to an early double-digit lead and went up 33-21 in the first quarter. Although the Knicks erased that advantage and threatened another comeback, the Spurs responded with a strong third-quarter surge before holding firm down the stretch for a 115-111 victory.
