India, July 28 -- The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has announced water cuts by 15% in some parts of the city for today and tomorrow. As a result, the affected areas will face reduced water supply.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has shared that the western and eastern suburbs of Mumbai, along with some parts of South Mumbai will face water cuts today and tomorrow.

In an official statement, it was revealed that the BMC's Hydraulic Engineers Department will carry out some routine maintenance work (replacing the existing 6.6 kV high-voltage (HT) control panels) at the Panrajpur pumping station.
