India, May 28 -- Monzo phone plans have been launched, and digital bank Monzo has officially entered the UK telecom market with the launch of its first-ever mobile phone plans, offering flexible eSIM deals, roaming benefits and yearly discounts for loyal users.

The company says its newservice aims to challenge traditional telecom providers by rewarding long-term customers instead of increasing prices through fixed contracts and hidden fees.

Built on the Virgin Media O2 network, the Monzo phone will launch this summer and will initially be available only to Monzo customers.
