India, Oct. 13 -- Incidents of application outages of McDonald's mobile app have caught people's attention following complaints about users' inability to log in to their accounts and make orders through the app on October 12, 2026.

Complains originating from the USA and the UK include issues with authentication, server connectivity and absence of the necessary location data. Some users claim that they were unable to log into their accounts using Google, Apple accounts or ordinary email accounts while others complain that there was a message about technical difficulties despite the presence of an active Internet connection while McDonald's Mobile App and the website of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi are working as usual.
