India, Sept. 25 -- Manush Shah heads into his men's singles Round of 32 clash against Iran's Benyamin Faraji after a busy morning at the Asian Games 2026. Earlier today, Manush and Diya Chitale defeated Hong Kong's Wong Chun Ting and Doo Hoi Kem 3-1 (11-6, 13-15, 11-9, 11-5) in the mixed doubles quarterfinal to secure a table tennis medal for India.

He then suffered a 1-3 defeat alongside Manav Thakkar against Japan's Tomokazu Harimoto and Hiroto Shinozuka in the men's doubles Round of 32.

Manush has already made progress in the men's singles draw after a clean sweep 4-0 victory over Wong Qi Shen in the Round of 64 with score of 11-9, 14-12, 11-7, 11-4. The 25-year-old Indian paddler won all four games.
