India, Sept. 2 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of widespread rainfall across Madhya Pradesh, with several districts expected to receive moderate to heavy showers on Wednesday. An orange alert has been issued for seven districts, while other parts of the state remain under a yellow alert.
Residents have been advised to exercise caution during periods of intense rainfall, particularly in areas vulnerable to waterlogging and disruption.
