India, Sept. 17 -- The trouble started after rapper Macklemore gave a loud "Free Palestine" speech at his show in MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Pro-Israel groups and stadium staff pushed back hard. Afterward, Robert Kraft, the New England Patriots owner and the operator of Gillette Stadium, said the comments were very offensive to the Jewish community. He also said he would not bring Macklemore back to his venues. He was also said to have talked with other venue heads, warning that shows could be canceled if Macklemore stayed on the schedule. That pressure led the tour organizers to remove Macklemore from the run.
