India, May 3 -- Four people, including a 70-year-old pensioner, were injured after gunshots were fired from a moving vehicle in Brixton, south London, in the early hours of Saturday. Police described the incident as "indiscriminate violence" as investigations continue into what has been a disturbing outbreak of street-level attacks.

According to the Metropolitan Police, officers were called to Coldharbour Lane at about 1:14 am after reports of gunfire from a vehicle and all four victims sustained gunshot injuries, with witnesses describing sudden chaos as shots were fired into the street without warning.
